"We commissioned “Inside Out Bespoke Garden Rooms” in April 2021 to build a 3m by 2.5m garden office. We liked the look of the Appleby range but also wanted a few extras to fit in with our holiday lodge. The guys met us at the lodge to do a site survey but also to discuss options and the build itself. We found them to be thorough, courteous and professional and any initial concerns that we had about using a new company were quickly alleviated. Before we commenced work in June, we shared drawings and ideas about the design. They even suggested using the same panels that we had on our lodge, so the office would blend in. Once the work started in June it was clear that they knew their stuff and in no time at all the core shell was up and looking great. We had not appreciated that the build was from scratch and the frame, walls, roof and plaster were built as you get in a house. This was no ‘pre-fab’. The quality was simply outstanding and much better than we had expected. We cannot recommend “Inside Out Bespoke Garden Rooms” enough. If you want a garden office/room/gym they are the guys to use, and you will not be disappointed."

"Steve and Andy at Inside Out were brilliant from start to finish. They attended the initial site meeting and listened to my plan, I prepared a drawing for them as I am comfortable discussing my ideas from a drawing rather than to try to explain, for which Steve and Andy seemed to go with and didn’t make fun of my drawing skills. The site visit went well, and both had some fantastic ideas when it came to the bespoke building I was asking for and the ground works and landscaping required, they even discussed how I could save money on aspects of the build without compromising on the build quality. The materials purchased were of a good quality and I was particularly impressed with the steel frame the building was to sit on, it was fabricated to the exact dimensions and the wooden joists sat within the frame ensuring the building was constructed on a sound foundation and would last a long time. My old block pavers were to be reused on the project for a patio area outside the garden room, Andy was the lead on the ground works and sorted the blocks into order to ensure we had a sufficient amount to complete the patio and hand dug (as there was no access for machinery) for the sub-base. The work was completed quickly considering hand digging out, wheel barrowing the spoil to the skip at the front and wheel barrowing in the sub-base for the blocks. The patio once completed looked great. Steve was the lead on the building of the garden room and had organised all the materials to be delivered in good time without delay and the building started to come together quite quickly. The frame went up, the roof went on (done by Andy) and then we hit a problem, the bi fold and side door was delayed due to manufacturer and the COVID situation. Steve was up front and honest about the situation and was extremely apologetic, he even by way of compensating for the delay offered to lay a laminate floor which I already planned to put into the garden room, I was chuffed with this offer. Once the doors arrived the building was completed in good time. It was pleasing to see how the building seemed to matter to Steve and Andy who would religiously at the end of each day show me what had been completed that day and we could discuss what I liked and disliked, the things I disliked weren’t many but they were happy to discuss what my thoughts were and give me their ideas to ensure I was happy with the job. I am extremely happy with my garden room and look forward to using it for many years to come. I have already recommended Steve and Andy (Inside Out) to friends and family who were thinking of having a garden room built.
